As a new student, you’d like to be well prepared before you start your DAE journey. That’s why we organise several courses in order to prepare you for your professional bachelor studies. These courses are taught in English, and done by our second and third year DAE students. The content is focused on the first 2 weeks of classes: getting to know the software, learning the basics and refreshing your knowledge, while meeting other first-, second- and third-year DAE students!

• Mon-Tue, 29-30 August from 8h30 - 17h00: 3D Low Poly (All majors)
• Thu-Fri, 01-02 September from 8h30 - 17h00: Preproduction + Photoshop (GGP, 3D ANIM, IGP)
• Mon-Tue, 05-06 September from 8h30 - 17h00: Programming C++ (GD, ISP), Programming C# (IGP), Processing (GGP, VFX, 3D ANIM)
• Thu-Fri, 08-09 September from 8h30 - 17h00: Math Refresher (All majors)

Majors: GGP - Game Graphics Production; 3D ANIM - 3D Animation; VFX - Visual Effects; IGP - Independent Game Production; GD - Game Development; ISP - Interactive Sound Production;

All courses apart from one are taught at Howest Campus "The Level'. The Math Refresher is the only course that will be taught at Howest Campus 'The Penta'.
