“The assignment for 3D high poly modeling wasn't different from other preceding years. The students had to render a realistic looking vehicle. A clear task with a lot of technical hurdles to overcome. Special attention has been paid to decent topology, realistic looking materials by applying the PBR metal/roughness workflow and Arnold render settings in order to obtain realistic looking results.
We're always amazed how so many students succeed in creating such astonishing 3D artwork in such a short amount of time.
Thank you to all students. It was a very special year for sure but you guys were amazing.”
