Programming for Artists 3

 Time is money! 

As an artist you have to be as productive as possible. From the moment you master all the production techniques, you can start thinking about computerising/automatising these processes. 

  

In this module we will teach you a scripting language, e.g. Python.

This can be used for the optimisation of your production. Scripting can be used to generate models or to export your own formats or a last example, to recreate your own rig systems by means of code.

 

With the programming background from programming for artists 1 and 2 and all the pipeline knowledge from the 2nd year, you are able to anticipate problems, build production tools and translate manual actions into code.
