And as the cherry on top, here are the group projects made by our third year students. In small teams they designed and made an applied or an entertainment game from scratch. Teams were composed of students from the major Game Development, Game Graphics and Independent Game Production.
Compared to Game Projects and Game Prototyping 2, the teams have more freedom but have to manage their own planning, pre-production, production etc. The lecturers acted as supervisors and coaches, who gave more global pointers, pointed out risks etc. It was up to the students to decide how they incorporated the feedback. They also were allowed to choose their preferred engine and technology and were encouraged to motivate their choices. Unity3D and Unreal 4 were most popular.
Enjoy! :-)
