Camera images are the raw material on which we perform our VFX voodoo tricks. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of camera & studio, so you get a better knowledge about how source footage is made.

 

We will dive into cinematography by analyzing cinematic images so you can create your own storytelling photos with good composition, lighting & camera settings. When creating sequences of shots you also need to know about framing, camera movements and editing, while in the studio we discover the tricks of greenscreen production. Also more technically, you will learn the mathematics of cameras and lenses to help you understand more advanced VFX techniques & setups.

 

This all culminates into a small portfolio of cinematic photos and an edited short movie that showcases your technical & artistic camera skills.
