Welcome to the world of VFX & Compositing where you will learn the concepts & techniques of digital image manipulation and how you can use those to create breathtaking visual effects.

 

The course starts by creating still images using DSLR camera's & manipulating them using Adobe Photoshop, where you will learn the basic tools to select, correct, remove and add new elements to a single frame.

 

Once we start using image sequences, we switch to using Fusion as our compositing software. Here you will take your first steps with exercises focused on learning the fundamentals of merging & seamlessly blending multiple elements into finished VFX shots. Compositing lies at the heart of VFX where artistic & technical skills merge, so you will also learn more about camera, cinematography and the digital image pipeline in this course
